Duo Affogato at Yoseka Land

Duo Affogato’s Music in a Word series explores individual words as musical experiences. Each program is centered on a single word, bringing together works that explore how a particular quality can be expressed through sound. Rather than defining the word as a fixed concept, the music reveals its many dimensions, offering different perspectives as the performance unfolds.

For Duo Affogato’s presentation at Yoseka, the chosen word was “Dreams.” In Music in a Word: Dreams, audience members were invited to journal in response to the theme during the performance and accompanying activities, creating opportunities for personal reflection and deeper engagement with the music.
