Sweet Notes Workshop with Celia Lee

Join us for an afternoon of creativity and confections! On Saturday, June 20th, Celia Lee will be bringing the sweetest workshop we've had to date at Yoseka Land: a cake and cookie workshop! 🍰✨✏️

At this 2 hour workshop, participants will learn step-by-step how to ice a cake and get the opportunity to create the lunchbox cake of their dreams. Participants will also get 3 shortbread cookies with a spot to attach a little note–write out a sweet message, and then write their name with edible marker onto the cookie itself! 

What to expect: 

  • 120 minute workshop.

  • No experience is needed—beginners are welcome!

  • If you have dietary restrictions, email Celia (celia.leeee@gmail.com) ASAP to see if it can be accommodated. 

  • Must be at least 16 years old to participate. 

  • All necessary supplies will be provided.

  • No cancellations/refunds.

Participants will receive:

  • 3 shortbread cookies

  • One 4" cake

Celia Lee is a New York City pastry chef and cake artist with a background in fine dining and Michelin-starred kitchens. Through her brand Cremie, she creates playful desserts inspired by art, nostalgia, and everyday joy, from whimsical cakes to hand-decorated cookies. Her workshops focus on making decorating approachable, creative, and fun for everyone, regardless of experience.
